Actor Paul Walker from the Hollywood franchise "Fast & Furious" died in an auto accident Saturday Nov. 30 2013. The 40 year old actor was reportedly a passenger in the seat of a 2005 Porsche Carrera GT, driven by his friend & racing team partner Roger Rodas. CNN reports that the L.A. County Sherrif's office confirmed that "speed was a factor" in the crash that caused the 610 horsepower V-10 supercar to lose control and hit a light pole only blocks from Rodas' auto performance shop Always Evolving. Walker reportedly went on a test drive in the car with Rodas after attending a toy drive for his charity Reach Out Worldwide, hosted at the high performance shop in Valencia, Ca. Although initial reports of the accident were reported as a hoax, Walker's publicist Ame van Iden confirmed the crash and Walker's death late Saturday afternoon.
